would you put money on Pearl Jam being in Europe during 2012 festival season (ie around july 4)
i have a paper here that entitles me to fast track status

    I think you're right... PJ seems to do the Euro-festivals every other year. I'm guessing thats a TON of $$ to get in a small period - has to be hard to pass on...

    lots of money, they dont really have to bother booking venues (outside of like the 3-4 shows where they play a stadium)

    I bet that they are going to do another world tour like 2006. No festivals.
    Athens 2006 / Milton Keynes 2014 / London 1&2 2022 / Seattle 1&2 2024 / Dublin 2024 / Manchester 2024 / New Orleans 2025

    and there is no Glastonbury 2012 :cry: it returns again in 2013.

    Yeah - I did wonder about that, after I mentioned the 'g' word - they do like to have their breaks from time to time. PJ on a hot glastonbury summer night though...... that would be e.p.i.c. Hopefully it will happen some time.

    Shame - 2012 would have been ideal. I agree with the overall sentiments in this thread though- we're pretty likely to see some outdoor activity from the band in Europe in the summer of 2012 :D:D:D
