So I called the lady back. Have 3 vans reserved. Should hold 18 or so people, that's all I could get. I'm getting a rental car, or if I have to upgrade so an suv, I'll drive as many as it can fit.

Thanks Gish, I'm pretty sure it wont be hard to fill those vans up. My offer for DD is still up if someone rents a large SUV and wants me to drive there and back to make sure we are all covered and safe.

Trying to get this to the top.
As far as the shuttle, I forgot to ask what a good time would be to head out to the venue. So I'm not sure how to do this, but either post it here or pm me so we can get a consensus and go from there.

I will be landing in MKE at 10h30 on the 3rd and expect no less than an hour, maybe an hour and half, to get to Burlington.
With a short time to check in at the hotel and wash the face after 15h trip, I´d be able to reach the meeting point around 2pm, I guess.

So I vote for 3pm as a departing time, but I´d take a 2pm too, in case the early birds insist on it.
It´s a 30 minutes ride from Burlington to the venue, right?

I was thinking more like 12-1 pm. I have zero interest at being in or near my hotel except to sleep and shower, so the more time to tailgate and hang with a bunch of other PJ fans the better.

I am game for leaving anytime during the day.. thinking it would be good times to tailgate and rock some music in the parking lots before we all shuttle to Alpine Valley. How many vans did you end up getting? And also, is anyone flying to Mil then going to burlington (if so, any ideas how we can get from Mil to Burlington on Friday? ) Looking foward to partying with you all!

I think Amber said we were at full capacity for the vans but there is a chance that room opens up in them hopefully. I'd play it on the safe side and plan on driving, and hopefully you 3 will be able to get in! There's not a lot of vans in the area to go around unfortunately. :problem:

262-496-8733 is the number that I got from the hotel. Unfortunately, there isn't any room left, but I might try calling them to see if they can do a 2nd run maybe?

I'll be at the AmericInn in Burlington, plus 2. I'm trying to work out transportation - it appears with the previous posts that the vans are at full capacity. If anyone is aware of any other options, please let me know!

Very excited, can't wait for the big weekend!
