Shuttle bus and tickets..

Hi there, .
Me and my GF are travelling from Scotland for PJ20. We have booked the shuttle bus but have recived no info on pick ups or times ect. we dont have bus tickets to print just the confirmation email. Also we bought tickets through live nation so do we have to pick them up from a live nation box office or take print outs to venue?? It might seem I'm being anal here but we are travelling thousands of miles for this and spending all our savings (that was meant for a house) so don't want anything to go wrong.

    1) Shuttle bus tickets: You should have received confirmation emails from 10c with pickup location. There are no physical tickets for the shuttle buses but if I were you, I would want to make sure they have my order just to be certain.

    2) Live Nation tickets: What mailing option did you select through LiveNation? You should be able to see in your order history. I selected "US Mail", so I received my physical ticket already. If you selected "Will Call" then your tickets will be held at the venue box office.

    Thanks for your help I'll look into it.
    I have conformation of paying for shuttle bus but there is no info on times or where the pick up is.

    Which shuttle bus are you on? I'm on Chicago (downtown) with some other Scots actually :D

    I could have been mistaken about email indicating pick-up location. My pickup is in Milwaukee and I had confirmed the address with 10c since they had two different addresses initially so maybe I'm recalling that email instead.

    I just checked my order history and it has chicago so i think it should all be ok. Thanks for your help I emaild tenclub twice and got no reply. livenation say my tickets are on 'will call' so im going to contact them to see what that means.good to know theres some more scottish folk making the trip cant wait

    Ah, you'll be with us mad beggars on the shuttle then :lol::lol: There will be a fair few others up at Alpine.

    10c aren't doing the coach queries, only accepting the payment etc, all queries need to go to -

    I emailed them with a query, they replied quickly and were helpful.
