I'm bringing my little smokey joe, a fold-up table, a cooler w/ ice, BEER, charcoal, lighter fluid, cups, ping pong balls, brats, buns, and condiments.
Anyone want to keep a list? This may have been answered already, but are you guys doing this in the VIP parking lot, or one of the others? I would offer to bring a shit load of burgers, but I don't know how well they will travel all the way from TX :shock: I will pitch in any way I can though!0

one 5 gallon pail
40 pickles aka little cucumbers
garlic
fresh dill
cup of vinegar
pickling salt I use maybe alittle over a cup or so it depends.
fill up 5 gallon pail about 3 quarters full fresh water.
Sometimes I put a pepper in the mix to add some spice.
I do all that and then usually take a dish and lay it in the pail. Then take a gallon jug and place that on top of the dish. It keeps all the stuff together and cover it up with a towel and place in a cool area. Three or four days later you have pickles.0 -
