Use Priceline and search for hotels near the Bell Center. One man stands alone awaiting

Just use Google maps. Find the Bell Centre and search for nearby hotels.1996: Toronto 1998: Barrie 2000: Saratoga Springs 2003: Buffalo, Toronto 2005: Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto 2006: Toronto x2, Cleveland, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Gorge #1 2007: London, Dusseldorf, Vic, Lolla 2008: WPB, Tampa, DC, MSG x2, Hartford, Boston x2, Beacon 2009: Toronto, Chicago x2, Seattle x2, LA #3&4, San Diego, Philly x4 2010: Cleveland, Buffalo, Hartford 2011: Montreal, Toronto x2, Hamilton 2012: Missoula 2013: London, Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Hartford, Dallas, OKC0

The Marriott (de la Gauchetiere Street) and the Sheraton (Rene-Levesque blvd.) are both within 100 meters (that's about 300 feet) of the Bell Centre. Not the cheapest, but the closest.

Wanted to be there again but found something a little cheaper for the 2nights that i'll be staying. My place is just a 3 minute wake from the Bell Centre which is not bad.
I booked early and got a pretty decent rate at Novotel. Will only be in town the one night and there is a slight chance I may be travelling solo so I wanted to be as close to the venue as possible.
Can't wait!___________________________________________

The bar that's downstairs to the right is amazing. Love the marble water foundation.
Need to find a place where we can do the Wishlist Foundation Preparty. Nobody has stepped up yet to organize it. I'm not sure where they did the '05 one. Gotta book soon cause it's less then 2 months away.

Ha! I think I will be leaving that here in Boston. Although, everyone was super nice the last time we were there and that was during the Bruins/Canadians playoff series.___________________________________________

Is the gig at the BellCentre?
No desperation needed, my friend!
I´ve stayed here at the Rush Time Machine´s Tour april this year:
Hotel Maritime Plaza - http://www.hotelmaritime.com/
Walking distance from the venue (it took me around 10 minutes under snow) and I payed only 89 CAD per night!
An incredible breakfast is included in the rate, they offer free in-room wifi and... well, there are no downsides here! I just hope it will be always available everytime I decide to get back!
The venue is perfect for a passionate, emotional concert. The hotel is perfectly located (also walking distance to the nightlife at Crescent St.) and you can leave the venue after the gig for a great after-party at the Mad Hatters club, walking back to the hotel later on.
All fun, no worries!
Good luck!just because you breathe it doesn't mean you're alive...0 -
I was there for that too...JimmyV wrote:demetrios wrote:

Became a Canadiens fan after the 5x4 on GAME 4, amazing game!
But kudos to the Boston gang, all was fine and peacefull...just because you breathe it doesn't mean you're alive...0 -

There's a Best Western on Drummond that is a couple of blocks from the venue and half a block from St. Catherines. It's where we stay every time we go to Montreal. Cheap, clean and a good location.PJ: 8/27/00 4/29/03 9/15/05 5/12/06 6/28/08 6/30/08 8/21/09 5/15/10 5/21/10 9/11/11 9/12/11 9/14/11 10/25/13 10/27/13 10/29/13 10/30/13 8/5/16 8/7/16 9/2/18 9/4/18

Both nights were held @ McLean's Pub. It was great but what I remember was a small place, what I remember. Being that it's Pearl Jam and alot of fan's in attendance, trying to find something close to the Bell Centre that can hold more then 100+ and not get tight inside.0 -
I just went to Montreal in June and if you stay close to a metro station it gives you a lot of options and the bell centre has a stop on one of the lines.0

How about this place?

The only drawback is that it's a 20 min. walk, but pretty much a straight walk down one street. (Rene'-Levesque)
This place looks like the shit! Hopefully will be hitting it after the show.

20 minutes is too far away.
Les Fouounes, Canadian CBGB’s? Gotta check that place out sometime.

I know 20 min. is a walk or quick cab ride, but what if we can't find a place closer to hold that many people?0 -
Taking my wife to her first PJ show (she's a longtime fan who's never gone to a show) and we'll be staying at the Novatel... if we could get a head count of 10C'ers then maybe a meet/greet at the aforementioned bar would be in order.
