While I agree that keeping things in context is important in these types of discussions (ex. of course getting a vinyl isn't more important than earthquake victims - but we're only concentrating on music on this forum), that comment was out of bounds. Would be nice if this thread stayed open.

"If and when you talk to your wife again" is pretty drastic, even as a joke. People may act rude, but I just thought that was on a whole other level - a personal level. Honestly, the last thing I want to do is get in the middle of a fight. I don't agree with the vast majority of what the guy is saying, but it's just a difference of opinion, not a personal thing. But anyway, I wasn't trying to judge or tell you what to do - just pointing out that certain comments are likely to lock the thread and I still think it would be beneficial to have the thread remain open. I respect the 10c staffs' job. What I don't respect is that they seem incapable of doing it efficiently, or acting like professionals. It's the lacking professionalism that would have got my rear in trouble in the military, or any of my jobs, had I acted like staff has here. What I meant to say in my original post, but was too pissed to say it nicely, was they get paid to do a job, we expect nothing less than that job to get done correctly and efficiently and for them to be professional about it, and no one should be profusely thanking them for it, cos they aren't doing it for free out of the kindness of their hearts.
Not to say mistakes are not going to happen..but this many mistakes stacking up is incompetence.
I shouldn't have posted when I was that pissy, it cheapened legitimate arguements on here. I apologise for that.0 -

So, I got my Ed Ved vinyl today and it is certainly worth the money. I was not sure how I'd enjoy a whole album of uke songs but it is tender and uplifting. I really enjoyed listening to it and it has the same kind of vibe as ITW. I can see mself spinning it a lot. And the package is great with the uke poster, book and songbook. I'm very happy to have got it, even if my only gripe is that I didn't the previously mentioned PJ20 sticker. But who really cares? I just wanted to add a positive note to this thread and say that although the wait was a little frustrating, the product is well worth it.we're all going to the same place...0
