    I know my baseball. Predictions are another story. They're mostly luck. If I could see into the future I'd be a rich man

    EDIT: I also had the 3rd to last pick. Taking Houston there all but eliminated me from contention.

    because this is a thread with people who seem to be baseball enthusiasts, i figured i'd ask if any of you are familiar with Out of the Park Baseball (OOTP)? this year's version comes out today. it's a baseball simulation game for the computer that is similar to stratomatic in that you control a franchise for any number of years... basically, you can do any number of things... create a fictional league, pick your favorite 2011 team, or pick your favorite childhood team from the 80's and try to re-write history (with actual players being available in the proceeding MLB drafts). there are tons of online leagues if you want to own your own team and go up against others...

    it's just an amazingly deep game full of stats... great user interface. great game.

    I completely forgot about this league. The high quality PJ messageboard has not been sending me updates when new posts are made. I'm glad I was searching AET for another thread and saw this before the All Star break so I'm not labeled a deadbeat by not paying.

    How much is owed at the All Star break? I have a sneaking feeling I will be paying. :D

    Diamonbacks at pick 27 definitely were the difference in the first half. I was very close to taking KC.
    I doubt they'll keep it up, so 2nd half should be up for grabs.
