Audiotronics Phono/P.A. help

Hello all. Just got my hands on an Audiotronics 710SV turntable and spearker setup. Seems like the arm skips pretty frequently. It's not one particular lp, as my Tres Mts., Backspacer, EV solo, and a handful of others all do it. I feel like it's a weight issue, but wouldn't know where to start in regards to adjusting it. Any thoughts?

my Tres Mts does skip also .

if its not your tone arm then i would try a new stylus ... and if nothing fixes it try a Pennie on the tone arm .

sounds like the arm is not balanced properly. that would be my guess.look at manual and re balance.

Hmmmm. It doesn't appear to have any weights or settings dials. The penny works for some albums, but some I need 2 pennies for. Should I not use 2?

Seems like I need to get a new cartridge, no?

yeah try a new stylus . you should change it every so many hours or once a year .
