i saw him earlier in the day anyway and i was STILL floored. that takes a magic sort of person!

i hope they release a boot of that show, just to hear the crowd explode when they realized it was him....i swore the roof was gonna blow off! was so fucking awesome

it'll take some serious doing to top that night, that's for sure!

Not that I know of.....I just heard him singing and in the end there was laughing.....but it was very very good!! It even sounds like a small place.....

I agree with you and Ana....that was a SERIOUS crowd reaction!! I don't even think you could properly describe it to another person.....it was just INSANE!!! We all got our asses kicked when he came out.....

I think what the beauty of that show was EVERYONE thought it was over. I remember thinking man that show was delightful and amazing, AND THEN McCready happened. THEN Ledbetter THEN Watchtower. It was just the beauty of everything.

Not to mention McCready was on FIRE. and Eddie played drums

I know of about 4 or 5 people who knew it was going to happen and still lost their shit (chiqimonkey and I included)

It was just so small, and so special and the delivery!

it was a trip cuz as ed was mentioning the things on stage belonging to his 'brothers', i knew what was coming....and when they wheeled him out, it was like this wave that ran across the joint, like [size=-2]awwww[/size]wwww SHITIT'SMIKEOHSHIT. they shoudl release the boot for that moment alone, reallt lol

my sis and i were walking to the venue, and walked past the back of the place. i happened to look over where the bus was, and lo and behold....mike! now mind you, my eyes are crap....like they have to make my contacts at NASA....but i was able to spot that man from about a half-block distance. even my sis was like damn how can you see that far?

i know my PJ boys lol

so as i'm sitting there attempting to collect my jaw off the floor, my cell rings and it's ana! so i'm trying to keep it together, clearly not doing a good job, tell her what i'm seeing. sis and i start walking towards the back of the venue toward where mike is, he gets into a car, shotgun, and is driven off...looks RIGHT at me as i'm on the phone and has this look like, shit, i'm busted lol

so save for ana, my sis, and zanne in line, we were the only ones privy to it. in retrospect i wish i had kept it totally secret just so they would be surprised too...but i was just flabbergasted at seeing him

lol even still there was no guarantee he'd even come out on stage.

so yeah, when he came out, i STILL went apeshit

that was NUTS. when i saw ed get on the drum kit i was like oh hell, just fucking punch me in the head already! i'm surprised i didn't punch myself by accident really lol
