    I guess we just see it differently, and there's nothing wrong with that. I just firmly believe that a "preorder" should mean you get your product first, before the non-preorders. The lp has been released for 3 weeks now and still nothing in the mail, yet the merch booth at solo shows has them? Seems way out of whack to me.

    I contacted 10c last week since i had not received a shipping e-mail. Apparently my LP will be sent with the Longing to Belong 7" single I also ordered which I assume isn't being shipped yet?? ..........

    I really don't get how they are are the concerts and not sent to those who pre-ordered
    them.

    You answered your own question right there. Certain items pre-ordered together will ship together. The 7" was one of them listed with this description.

    I'm confused more than anything. The shipping just seems so sporadic. I hope I didn't give the wrong impression - I don't think I (me personally) should receive my lp before everyone who preordered after me. In general, I just feel like preorders should be filled first, then public sales (like the merch booth at solo shows). As far as the preorders go - I guess it would make more sense to fill them in the order they were ordered, but it just isn't working that way. I don't know. I just want what I pay for in a timely manner and that hasn't been happening lately (vinyl, newsletter, fan club single, stc).

    Because they get some in each day. They don't have all of them yet. And if you preordered with the blu-ray, Longing to Belong single or the songbook you won't get it until these are released.

    It would be ridiculous not to have any available at the shows. It's unfortunate, but just a result of poor timing.

    I do agree that preorders should be filled from first to last though. Anyone ordering now shouldn't get theirs before someone who preordered (unless the preorder is being held up with other items). Having said that, I preordered everything and my order has apparently been shipped, so everything is out there somewhere.

    You ordered the EV songbook with your Vinyl LP, thus delaying your order. It is clearly stated in each presale item description:

    "PRESALE ITEMS ORDERED TOGETHER WILL SHIP TOGETHER. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF DIFFERENT RELEASE DATES."

    We will begin shipping the remaining US vinyl orders which haven't shipped, EV songbooks, and the 7" when we receive stock from the manufacturer.
