    eternal pessimist that i am on ever believing these rumors (as to not get too excited!! :D) i was flying high reading this, thinking "a-HA! someone corroborated that random thread on the boards saying september 9th! maybe there IS something to it!" before realizing the author's source WAS the random thread on the boards. wah wah.

    i'm back to "nah. doesn't make sense. not happening." but really..really... really happy to be proven wrong!

    While I love the thinking, it clearly states in the article (the pic of the newspaper) that music will be played from 5 - 10:30 on all three nights.

    also states the hearing is Monday, so, we should know then who this is.

    Until then, I'm still in the pescimistic camp.

    No chance I'd go. After PJ20 the concert run is over for the year.

    2 Bright Eyes shows, Social Distortion, Eddie Vedder, My Morning Jacket and PJ20. If PJ would play in Philly I'd reconsider but definitely no more trips. It's not even a trip I'd make if it was my only show.

    If this happens, I'll definitely be there.

    Not holding my breath, but definitely got my fingers crossed. They love playing historic venues and what's more historic than Fenway in it's 100th season.

    But I scored awesome seats for The National for Sept. 9th.....arrrrrgggghhhhh.

    Oh, shit ... The National are in town?

    It's my friend's birthday weekend so I was comtemplating flying back anyway ... PJ would have made it a lock ... but, The National make for one amazing fall back plan.

    Atta boy is accurate.

    Sadly, the Iguana Cantina is not at all accurate. The only sit-down mexican place on Moody now is Margaritas. I'd rather starve than go to that dump.

    As far as the hearing goes, if I got still nothing else going on for Monday, I can live tweet any info that one would consider interesting.

    Yeah, they are playing the Bank of America Pavilion. I know you left Boston years ago, but if you haven't been its a great venue right in Boston Harbor. Probably my favorite in New England.

    sorry but the iguana is gone... replaced by another bar called the landing... and soon to be put out of business by a sports bar chain called The Stadium opening in Roberts old place
