Anyone see cameras set up at the show? This is the tour he should be filming. The man is sounding better than ever!

I'm not surprised, I was at one of the Warner shows for the last tour and there were signs and camera's visible throughout. I knew it was going to end up on DVD, which I just watched over the weekend. Good stuff. :D

  • Yes, last night I noticed a video camera on a stand aimed at the stage, from the soundboard area. (about 20-30 rows back from the stage)

Usually one camera doesn't mean much, I've heard that Eddie records his shows for personal use. A DVD recording would require multiple cameras in more visible areas. When they were recording the DC shows, the cameras were up front and visible.

I love how at every tour, someone stumbles across a sign posted about filming at the show, and everyone goes apeshit about the live DVD that's destined to come out.

    Every tour.

Still waiting for my Philly Spectrum DVD announce...

^yes. Most well financed musicians record every show these days. Usually on a camera by the sound/lightboard
