Travel packages- CID entertainment

Has anyone heard from this lot yet regarding details for the packages? 10C email from the end of May says we would hear the following week.

    I emailed them and they said they would be contacting everyone closer to the dates, so I assume they meant August.
    ...got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...

    Was wondering if we would have more than one time option for the shuttle, or if it would be strict.

    I've used CID before and they do an excellent job with everything. They'll be in touch. You have nothing to worry about

    I talked to someone the other day from APVR, and they said ther suppose to have of the info, no later then Aug. 19th.. Maybe we will hear from CID around then?

    If I remember right, when I used CID I heard from them about 2-3 weeks before the show.

    I received the following email from them on June 28th. :)

    Thank you for purchasing your Harbor Shores Travel Package for Pearl Jam's Labor Day anniversary weekend concert! We just wanted to reach out to you to tell you a little bit about ourselves, what you ordered, and how to get in touch with us should you have any questions or concerns about your experience.

    At CID Entertainment, you are our first priority. We strive to create the best concert-going experience and provide the best service for our guests so you only have to worry about one thing: having an amazing time!

    You ordered the Harbor Shores Travel Package, which includes the following:
    - Lakeview Room - 3 Nights for 2 People
    - Tickets to both nights of Pearl Jam at Alpine Valley
    - Shuttle Transportation to and from the show
    - Access to the Expo Center and Mid-day buffet at the venue
    - Limited Edition Poster
    - On-site event staff at the hotel and the venue

    You will be able to pick up your tickets and shuttle passes via will call at the PJ20 Travel Package check in table at the hotel when you arrive.

    In the weeks leading up to PJ20, you can expect an e-mail that will outline any remaining details about your package.

    Thanks Wolfbear, I also got that, it was the final details I was looking for eg details of buffet, details of shuttle times etc.
