I am a die hard Kentucky Wildcats sports fan. Born and raised in Kentucky. Go to about 5 football games a year and several basketball games per year. I was quite happy when my favorite band and favorite college sports team finally met. (Other than PJ playin in Rupp Arena a few years back)

Mookie Blaylocks twin sons have signed on to play football with the Kentucky Wildcats :D:D:D

    Haha, this is awesome.

I'll be at the UK/WKU game at LP field here on Thursday Sept 1 and leaving the next morning for AV. That is going to be an early wake up call for a flight after tailgating most of the day before for that game, but it's going to be a good weekend!

    Go big Blue!

Pearl Jam's first three drummers left after a year just like the Wildcats basketball players. You are right there is a connection. :)

I have to disagree, however, one of my good friend's brother-in-law just signed on to play basketball at IU next year.

Nah, not Cody. His name is Remy Abell. Played ball at Eastern High School here in Louisville.
He is a very good player. Didn't get a 4 star or a ton of recognition because his team was loaded with good talent. Several division 1 players.

Yeah, I'm excited for next year's basketball season. I'm waiting for IU to get back in contention. Maybe by the time I graduate...

Oh and this is really random, but during what song did Ed say that quote from the Columbus show? I want to listen to it. ;)

Boiler Up ladies! I'm waiting for IU to up their game, too. There were some great years in the Keady/Knight eras when both teams were solid.

OMG NO YOU DINT! Haha everyone here hates Purdue but I'm pretty indifferent. We have a pretty good recruiting class this year though, so hopefully it doesn't take Crean long to get his shit together.

South of West Lafayette, it's all about IU, and north, it's all Irish. Purdue gets about a 30 mile radius. I'm out West now, and I get fired up seeing Purdue fans because that means it's 99% likely they went to school there (not so many bandwagoners).

I think Crean's done if he doesn't at least make the NIT next year.
