falling off

fading out
each phrase a bit softer
gently disappearing like morning fog
some sugar in warm water
or the soft shadow of a branch on the wall
falling off the edge of the world because there isn't one

    I do have a tendency to put comical phrases in what I write. Most people don't seem to notice though.

    This line wasn't necessarily supposed to be humorous, it was just a realization that there was no edge to the feeling I was thinking about.
