then that would ease alot of minds and get people out of the goods section and free up some bandwidth

    Edit - I realise posting this link was a dumb thing to do, and only likely to make things worse out there. Sorry, I'm not a tech genius, and I'm sorrier than Tim Bierman about making this mistake. Please don't try and click the direct link I posted while others are trying for tickets.

    That's what i just brought up in another thread! Based on the oast few days, surely they can have the ticket sales go through its own, standalone server? Why does the rest of the site (i.e my account, history, etc.) have to share the same server with ticket sales, thus restricting my access to it?

    Absolutely. Order history should be on a different part of the site so you can know if you got the damn tickets. There are a lot of people that are still putting an unnecessary load on the server even though they have tickets and dont know it.

    I am probably keeping someone from getting tickets because I am trying to check my order history, trying to verify I got tickets, tickets that show as pending on my CC but have thus far presented no confirmation e-mail.

    I was able to get into mine after refreshing a bunch. Disappointed only two shows were in there but I have 3 pending charges showing on my credit card. Sucks not knowing which one I'm missing!

    so having a CC charge doesnt mean you have tix? shouldnt that be the last thing to happen in the process?
