Thinking about giving up....

don't give up. I thought about doing that earlier but with patience and perseverance you will get your tickets

I have, and it's never been this bad. But this..., this just seems hopeless atm.

this has been the worst ever though. i got 3 of the 4 spectrum shows and none of those were this difficult. at least after an hour of the one i didn't get i knew i was done. this is just pathetic to have to go hour after hour. in 1998 i waited outside a ticketmaster for over 2 hours to get tickets to my 1st PJ show - in 2011 using the internet it should never ever take longer. this is not progress.

You should check your bank to see if it was charged. If you can't buy "another" set, that should mean you already have a set. If I'm reading your post correctly.

except its 2011 things should get easier with today's technology, not harder.

I miss the paper system from '96. Just responded back with how many tickets you wanted for which shows, and payment info. Oh the good ol' days.

Imo if you are a member of a fanclub you should be gauranteed good seats, or at least better than the general public, I had to deal with this for NYC last year too. So what if EVERY pearl jam show had to give 70% of their tickets to these fan club presales. They still sell just as many tickets as they would otherwise, only bigger fans get better opportunities. Granted with more presales the farther the seats, but I guess what I'm trying to say is people who have purchased hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of pearl jam memorabilia, know every song, and/or give large chunks of their time towards the band souldn't have to end up sitting 27 rows behind someone who only knows 'Even Flow'.
