Since no one has started a thread yet (that I've found), here it is.

Do you have questions for 10C Manager Tim Bierman or The Rob? Post them here in one centralised location instead of across dozens of other threads where they probably won't be seen! Maybe they will get answered live and on-the-air and everyone who had the same question will have you to thank!

I'll start:

I'm really excited about the lineup for PJ20 at Alpine Valley. There's a lot of diversity on the bill. Do you know which band members suggested which supporting artists for the bill?

e.g Ed has toured with Liam Finn and will tour with Glen Hansard. Stone and Josh Homme are friends from the Loosegroove days, etc...

Also, are you aware of any plans for the venue to allow reentry, or is it as simple as what's already in black and white: No reentry?

A 12+ hour day is a long day (especially if you have a kid with you). Being able to go back to your parking spot and chill out for a bit would be a huge plus.

    Where will Tim and The Rob be watching the concerts from?
    Do they have to work during the concerts or will they be able to enjoy them?

    Will PJ radio (streaming online) and/or PJ Radio (Sirius/XM) be broadcasting the PJ20 shows for people at home?

    How soon will we know which day our reserved seats are for?

    At will call, will we receive all 4 tickets, or will we have to go to will call each day?

    When we pick up our tickets on Saturday and get wristbanded, will we have to enter the venue then, or once we have tickets and wristbands put on us are we free to go back to the parking lot?

    Will the Expo passes be sold during the ticketmaster public sale?

    Will we receive all 4 tickets on Saturday or do we need to go back to the will call on Sunday too?

    Will there be a merchandise stand near will call on the outside of the venue or do you have to enter the venue to make a purchase? It would be easier for people to buy a poster, etc and put it in their vehicle if this was possible.

    What are your goals for the new ticketing system? What kind of changes do you want to make to the process? Are you considering a lottery?

    Has the decision been made yet on if the weekend will be streamed online and/or recorded for a future DVD release?

    How much whiskey is left in that case? :lol:

    i have a good one, how come the location and drop off/pick up time of the Milwaukee shuttle changed? i planned my flight and booked a hotel according to the previous location and pick up time and now i don't know if i'll be able to make it the first day :evil:

    Have they determined how 10C tickets will be allocated? Is everybody under the pavilion one night and lawn the other? Will it be split up half and half? If so, how will they split it up?

    Will bus parking passes be on sale 6/4? VIP passes are on live nation, but not RV/bus passes.

    what are you going to do with the "new" servers you just bought??? hope you get a refund...

    why there is misinformation between pj20.com and good section example: shuttle info???

    why people were able to score tickets while the Goods Site was closed???

    what did you learn again about this process???

    why you still selling a pair of tickets??? why don't sell singles and give the max. 2 tickets per member option???

    why you don't shut-down the entire website except the good section when there is a presale, that way you don't have to worry about closing threads and minimize the web-traffic???

    if you have all our info (address), there is a way to cut one step on the checkout process???

    Can the entering of credit card info during the checkout be handled outside of the ordering process?

    Can CC info be saved so that we don't have to enter this every time?

    1) Is PayPal an option for future presales?

    2) I personally think it's not an issue but there's another thread discussing the potential dangers of the removal of the fence around the 10C section of the lawn prior to PJ's set.

    if the server is not working properly, why you keep with the pre-sales???
    why you don't shut down everything, fix the issue and get back up... people don't have time to be refreshing every second for hours...

    Most likely because either it's not a quick fix but a major design flaw that can't be fixed, or maybe they don't even know what needs to be fixed or how to do it. If it was something that could be solved so easily they would have done it already.
