    Let's hope that the arrival time of the shuttle on PJ20.com is not correct, however - it says that the shuttle leaves Chicago at 9:00AM and arrives at Alpine at 11:30PM! :shock: :roll:

    I noticed this too. Luckily in Milwaukee it seems as though the two possible departure locations aren't far from one another, and my hotel is in the middle of them (Hilton City Center). I think I'm covered either way but would like to know which one is correct...

    i got some more info from the shuttle peeps that i thought i'd share:

    "2-3 weeks prior to event, we will be sending all of our customers a detailed email outlining all of the information you'll need for boarding the shuttle. Here are a few tidbits before the email is sent out:

    Each shuttle will drive directly to the venue with no stops in between. You will receive your shuttle pass before boarding from a CID staff member. Please have your order number and photo ID on hand. You will be picked up after the show in the same location you were dropped off."

    just saw this thread. i booked my room and flight based on the old information, now i won't be able to make it to the shuttle on time the first day :evil:
