Anyone else get Dispatch's EP that came out today? I never thought I would hear new Dispatch tunes again, so after yesterday's announcement and today's Dispatch release, I'm pretty sure I'm the happiest person in the world :D It reminds me a lot of Bang Bang and the guitar riffs in Melon Bend are sick!!!

    havent made the purchase yet, but definitely plan to. Is it only available for download right now or can I purchase a physical album?

    Right now you can only get it by downloading it or if you have a Rhapsody account you can check it out there. They're going to be for sale at their summer shows. I'm with you, though, I'd much rather have it physically in my hands...June 7th can't get here fast enough!

    The EP is AMAZING. Similar to early Dispatch - one of the songs (Valentine) could be a Pete Francis solo, but the rest are really very good. I probably listened to it at least 10 times yesterday and it gets better with every listen. They are planning on a full-length, right?

    Yes, first time seeing them. I've seen State Radio but no Dispatch. Love both bands but Dispatch has so many fun singalong jams (flying horses, elias, the general, here we go, etc. etc.) I'm really excited to see them. I'm not sure if they plan to release a full-length or not. Definitely excited to hear this lil gem though. I'll re-post once I've had a listen or two :P

    just saw this thread, and i just so happen to be wearing my 04 hatchshell shirt.. pumped about the new album and the ep was awesome... missed them this summer though :/
