Interesting, Marker in the Sand and Unemployable are two of my favorites off that album but I've never liked how Parachutes was placed in the middle of them. I want Marker in the Sand to go back to back with Unemployable. The slower Parachutes just seems to sap all the energy after Marker. I usually skip the song every time it comes on even though I actually like the song just not the song order. Does anyone else think that too? Maybe it should be near the end along side Comeback.0 -

Marker & Parachutes are probably my two favorites on that album so I love that they are back to back. I like the contrast."Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them." - Thoreau

That makes sense. I like when they put a slow song like Nothingman between Tremor Christ and Whipping. Maybe some day I will get into having Parachutes between two harder / midtempo songs.0 -

Yeah, it's like a concert - they'll play some hard rocking songs up front, then slow it down somewhere around 7,8,9 with Low Light, Nothingman, Off He Goes, something to that effect. Then the pace picks right back up."Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them." - Thoreau
