    Have I replied to this? Probably sound like a broken record here, but mine is Present Tense, well sort of.
    I want to be in Present Tense.
    In 2005 I had twins, taken early because they had TTTS, Twin To Twin Transfusion Syndrome. My recipient baby did ok. She is now a wonderful 5 year old. My donor baby had brain bleeds at birth. She had 5% brain function. Was a quadriplegic. We loved her for three years. She passed away on New Years Eve 2008.
    As a mom I feel it's my fault. I should have known something was wrong and gone to the hospital sooner. Everyone says it isn't my fault, but I can't get passed that yet. Don't know if I ever will. I would love for my curse to be lifted.
    Anyway this part is so me

    Makes much more sense, to live in the present tense

    Can I just say it's not FAIR! I want my twins. My Clara started kindergarten this year. I should see two little girls walking to school. My Eleanore should be right there next to her sister.
    It's also hard to not let Clara feel guilty. I don't ever want her to think any of this was her fault.

    And I'm just rambling now...
