Tears prayers and rain looking out my window
I’ve got tears prayers and rain in my heart
Looking out my window into spinning clouds
And burning skies.

Looking out my window
Spinning clouds and burning sky's
Changed my life
Now all I have are tears prayers and rain.

Scattered memories clear across town
After spinning clouds and burning sky's
Changed my life and brought it to the ground.

This home that raised our kids is blown by the wind
Pitchers dreams and memories spinning in the end
With tears prayers and rain that's all we have to start again.

Someday when the sun begins to shine again
And the burning skies have cleared
With our tears prayers and rain we will build our home again
But keep the memories of spinning clouds and burning sky's
And prayers that saved our lives.


Looking out my window
Spinning clouds and burning sky's
Changed my life

And the strength of God to live again.

    I like the cadence in this piece... it hums and thrums and spins... kinda like a tornado ;)
