I realize that any list like that is usually debatable, but that one really leaves me scratching my head. And even though Pearl Jam is my favorite band, I really wouldn't put any of their songs at the top of such a list when there are The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, etc. But I can swallow them putting Alive at #1, although I personally wouldn't. What I can't swallow is Wonderwall by Oasis being #4 or having INXS in the top 10 (although it is an Australian radio station so I'll let it slide) while the first appearance of the Stones is at #77 with Sympathy For The Devil.

Sympathy For The Devil should be #2 then

Triple M have a rock countdown every other weekend. So while it's great to see Alive up there I wouldn't read too much into song rankings. On on countdown oftheirs a while back Alive was like 20-30 something!?

just the way it goes, you can never take these things TOO seriously, I mean for example bohemian rhapsidy way up in number 107 i think it was... i would have expected that one in the top 10, top 5 even.
