    I am afraid of needles too. It's why I refused the epidural during my son's birth.

    Whenever I have to have needles, I look away, slowly control my breathing. Keep your eyes open. Focus on breathing and keeping your face & body relaxed.

    Think of Eddie, if you need to. :mrgreen:

    I did it (especially thing abt Ed ;) ). I thought myself you wouldn't be proud of me if I just fainted... :/ So I'm alive but don't know for how long... my arm hurts, still..... and I don't like it
