I am giving a commencement speech for a graduating class of college studnets. I wanted to quote Pearl Jam / Eddie Vedder in my speech. My speech is about their success for their years of hard work, what it took to get there and to stay motivated.

I wonder what type of achievement / signs of motivation quotes I could use?
