Depending on how the shows line up, I may try and do a few of these instead of PJ20

Exactly how I feel. I'd rather do a run of shows instead of a festival anyday.

Canada was the best time I have had traveling to shows....
    Canada was fucking great.....

If they do another Kitchener, London, Hamilton run, who needs PJ 20? hehehehe

But September is a ways away.....Ya never know....
    Take me piece by piece.....

I have to apply to the Canadian government to enter because they dont let you across the border with a DUI. I have to fill out some rehabilitation forms & pay fees. Has anybody ever done this? It seems like a real pain in the ass.

I found out the hard way in 2001 when I planned a trip to Montreal with my friends. Well we got to the border, after 3 1/2 hrs from Massachusetts. And they asked me if I had ever been in front of a judge. Well not thinking much about it, I said yes. They asked me for what, I said for a DUI. So then they told us to turn around because I couldnt enter because of the DUI!! :o:o:o My friends were so pissed.   Im surprised they didnt leave me there. I would have! Haha

I was gonna take the chance in 2009 when pearl Jam played Toronto and just try to enter. But I thought better of it because I remembered that they told me that I am in the system now as trying to enter, and if I tried again, I would get arrested. This type of thing ever happened to anybody?

On my way up to Vancouver to see Ed on his first tour I was pulled out of the car for the same reason. We went inside waited a while. I was then told I was free to enter since it had been over ten years since my DUI. I had another friend of mine have to pay a couple hundred dollars to enter the country because of his recent DUI. Not sure why they told you to turn around.

If they return to Kitchener I will lose my shit. London would be awesome too but Kitchener was just so much more of a small town feel and so intimate...

Intimate show's are good. Those 3 cities again close together would be great. I'm down for Toronto & Montreal. Maybe get Ottawa & Quebec City in the mix? I'm praying for at least one Maritime stop. Just hope the Music & Art department of business here get's their act together & bring forward these amazing acts to our city.

Love Canada. Consider myself a second-Citizen.

    Girls up there are CRAZY!
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

That Kitchener show was ridiculous. The arena was very small(8,000 tops?). It was a Sunday night and the town was dead.
Long Road the Opener on the 4 year anniversary of 9/11.
I was 12th row, dead center. Janet from SK walked right past me on the way to the side doors. Tremendous show.

was turned around also and have to do the same bullshit to get in. fuck it, go somewhere else. it's a headache, expensive, and even after applying for the "pardon" they can deny you without refund.
