Tickets still don't appear in Order History

During last weeks 10c pre-sale i tried for a pair of Philly tickets, i got through to entering my credit card details 2 or 3 times but kept getting kicked out, under the impression i never scored any tix. A few days later i received an email from 10c confirming my Philly pair, and i've just checked my online banking, i have been charged, but still nothing in my order history. I've sent 2 emails to 10c asking if they can confirm my order, still no reply. Anyone else experience this?? Do 10c usually take a while to reply??

    I would call. Their email is probably flooded with people crying their super deluxe package has taken a week to get to them.

    Mine showed up immediately in my history and I got an email immediately as well. I would feel good about getting the email and getting charged but I would still confirm with them and calling is the best way.

    Cheers dude, ye i wouldn't feel 100% confident travelling to Philly without knowing i have the tickets for sure. Although saying that, i thought i missed out on the pre-sale so i bought ticketmaster tickets!! But if i do have the 10c pair, i'll sell the others :D Surely should get rid of them no bother.

    I would definitely call. For Boston, I was somehow able to get through several hours after the sale. Got an email confirmation, order history was there, and money was pending in my account. A few days later, I check my profile and the order is gone, but money is still pending in the account. I called the 10c and they told me that I did not have tickets, and it was mistake. They said that it happened to a few people that day, and they were dealing with it. Sucks, but I'm at least glad I called and found out.

    Definitely call them to find out.

    Received an email back from 10c, i don't have the 10c tix. I've to send them my CC statement, their a bit puzzled as to how this happened. Thank god i scored TM tixs :D

    I hear ya......I hadn't heard back from the 10C prior to the pre-sale, so I didn't try to get tix at that time. I'm glad I was able to get some during the public sale.

    The woman I spoke to at the 10C was very nice. I think I knew deep down that it was kinda flukey (getting tix around 6pm that day) but it still sucked. My seats may not be as good, but at least I'll be in the building.

    The woman said that they were totally overwhelmed that day and it was as crazy as it's ever been for a ticket sale.

    I'm sure they were overwhelmed. They need to change the way they put the tickets on 10club presale.

    That being said, the fact that he recieved a confirmation email and didn't get tickets is unacceptable in my book.

    Ye, the fact that i received a confirmation email AND my credit card has been charged $168! Grrrrr, hopefully i'll be reimbursed asap.

    Oh, I agree. I received the confirmation email with an order # and everything. And, the $168 was out of my account for at least 4-5 days. My thing was, what if I lived out west and had made hotel and flight reservations? Would the 10c still just say, "sorry" The woman asked if the money being held was going to be an issue (it really wasn't) like she probably could've fixed it, but I don't know. I'm a pretty chill guy, but I imagine somebody could really lose it if that happened to them.
