I am glad ticket brokers exist. They provide a service that many people are happy to pay for.

I believe all of the tickets went on sale during business hours, it made it very difficult for people in many situations to get tickets. I am more than happy to pay a few extra bucks to someone that was able to secure tickets for me.

I agree. If I already made travel plans or other arrangements to go to a show located in a different city I like to know that even if I dont get them on the presale or regular sale I will almost definitely be able to attend. For PJ arena shows the markup on them isnt that outrageous.
