As we are all aware of what a joke today was, I had a pretty funny thing happen when trying to purchase tickets today..So after having tickets in my cart more than 30 times(i tried for 5 shows).I finally got to the credit card part and put all my info in and waited for the next page to come up for about 3min,,When the new page came up it said, "We were unable to process request, please specify a size"..wtf?

I don't know how "all" the tickets went so fast with there being less people on the site today, then total amount of tickets available for all shows..Especially with the 1 show limit.. Somethings wrong

I got screwed too! 90 minutes of trying to buy them after they were in my cart and I had entered credit card info, only to have the site shit the bed. Logged on, picked tickets, entered credit card info and nothing but 90 minutes of wasted time.
  • I had to press back a few times on the credit card page and re-click checkout in order to get it to work, had to try different methods. The first few minutes where everything was just totally fucked I thought I'd be shit out of luck. It took me about 7-10 minutes to get the tickets.
  • I think I had a better experience than most. I tried for Chicago first and after a couple minutes of trying I tried to put them into the cart but it said it was sold out. I don't think they were at that point because many times I tried for St. Louis and Minneapolis but it kept on saying tickets are temporarily out stock.....but not sold out...so I kept on trying. I almost was about to give up, but I got them after about 30 minutes. So I am happy, alot of you are unhappy, everything equals out....

i wonder why the "buy button, temporarily out of stock, out of stock" dynamic was different this time around?

my expert opinion is that it was the 1 show only restriction - that fd some people

how the t-shirt size came into play... well that's just a bonus ;)

I have one tip that I got from someone on here a few years back.

Don't use IE, use Firefox....it takes longer for it to error out on you when the server is busy (keeps refreshing longer than IE)

I have not been shut out yet using Firefox....I must say I only buy 1 show per tour, but have been able to get the one I want every time.

I always wonder about these theories. I was always use to just using IE because that is what I just always had. I have driven myself mad at times trying to decide which browser to use after hearing IE is no good, try firefox or safari, etc..... The funny thing is every time I would use a browser other than IE I would get shut out and not get 10c tix. IE has never let me down, including yesterday :D !
