I would like to offically post a HUGE Thank You to 10C staffers for making the past 17 years of my memebership the best years ever!
This fan club has grown so much over the years and they continue to keep us informed about our music. They work really hard to make this site a great place to visit and they also work very hard for us- the members.
I would like to speak for myself when I say that there has been more than a few times I have lost out on pre-sale tickets...But that is how the cookie crumbles....And even if I don't get 10c seats I always have made it to my show! Pearl Jam puts on a great show! Don't forget- this is about music people! The music that moves us!

Whatever...yeah! 10C. Some positivity...thanks for the breath of fresh air on the message board, funnygirl! I wonder if the band ever feels like Citizen Dick's lead singer: "All this negativity makes me stronger... ."0 -
I understand people's frustration... but, if you think about it... fan members ARE getting tickets. Just because you didn't get any doesn't mean none of us got tickets. We should be happy that the limited number of tickets are even made available to us and be happy for the fortunate few who actually snagged them. I'm pretty sure the VHC/Ten Club and the bandmates and their management work hard to negotiate the allotment. They don't HAVE to do this for us.... they CHOOSE to do this for us.
As for the servers... why pay for high end hardware when 99% of it's operating time is spent on a shirt here or a packet of stickers there? These on-sales are few and far between. It's kind of like driving a dump truck as your every day transportation because one day, every other year, you have to haul a ton of dirt.

The way I see it... yeah... I admit it, it sucks. But it could be worse. I'm just glad I am not sitting atop the damp ruins of what used to be my home as radioactive fallout bombards me in the rain. I was one of the many that didn't get tickets today but I have to agree -- the 10C and band really go the extra effort for the fans and we sometimes forget really easily !
Of course I would be alot happier if I got ticket today ! Hopefully I will have more luck with the public sales !! 0 -
