ticket buying confusion...
I don't get it... I'm not so savvy about all this. I tried to buy Portland tickets, but the connection timed out between hitting the buy button and getting my card info in. Will I have another chance tomorrow at 9am, and then another chance on April 1st? Or just on the 1st? :?: What did I do wrong?

i did the same thing. took a couple extra seconds to make sure i had the CC info entered right. guess i don't get to see eddie...again. i don't understand how something can be in your cart one second and not a second later. totally confused, and for the first time ever, kinda pissed. never had this happen before.0

Probley not since they are sold out u have to hit f5 to refresh it while in ur card and be patient or u will lose them0

Agree with you Gus - I've never been pissed before since the process always seems fair - but if an order is IN YOUR CART and then disappears, how is that remotely fair. I had everything ready to go and locked in and then POOF, gone. Sad, sad face today.0

Same thing happened to me:(0

Yep, same here. I did in fact hit refresh, and got the same message. Doubly pissed cause I took the morning off work to try to get tickets. Can't do the same for the public on-sale. Damnit. Wrote the 10C but I doubt I'll hear back anything positive. Was looking forward to this show, too.0

Same here. It seems like this happened to a lot of people. Sad thing is that 10C ticketing has been like this since 2005.2003: San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Seattle; 2005: Monterrey; 2006: Chicago 1 & 2, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, Detroit; 2008: West Palm Beach, Tampa; 2009: Austin, LA 3 & 4, San Diego; 2010: Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus, Indianapolis; 2011: PJ20 1 & 2; 2012: Missoula; 2013: Dallas, Oklahoma City, Seattle; 2014: Tulsa; 2016: Columbia, New York City 1 & 2; 2018: London, Seattle 1 & 2; 2021: Ohana; 2022: Oklahoma City0 -
Limited number of tickets at each venue and an overburdened system. The same thing happened over and over to me yet for whatever reason I stayed patient and eventually got through. Was bumped at every stage of the process more than once. In the end it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get tickets. The process may be smoother on friday when tix go on sale to the general public.JFI0
