SUBARU RIPS OFF JUST BREATHE!!!

Anyone else notice the obvious similarities with the music in the new SUBARU commercial and the melody in "just breathe"?. Too similar if you ask me and I would like to point out it to pearl jam legal so they can put a stop to it.I know they would never authorize the use of it for a car commercial.

    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    LOL I just saw this! - it starts off really sounding familiar - it bothered me for a little bit too, but what can ya do?
    im sure its not the first time they ripped someone off :lol:

    Theres also a Lexus / Toyota commercial with the same effect.

    BTW - the music for Just Breathe is very similar (for me) to "Dust in the Wind"- that Kansas song :lol::mrgreen::lol:
