EV at Milwaukee's Summerfest?

...some Milwaukee peeps are reporting it...said it was mentioned on a station up that way. Any word?

    I haven't heard anything, but it's highly suspect that Madison radio station 94.1 is doing a "Flannel Flashback" weekend w/a PJ cd giveaway. They're new rock, and rarely play PJ unprompted.

    The EV tour dates in the midwest and the open Summerfest slot on July 3rd fits in nicely, so it's possible they're doing a slot for him.

    Hmm I highly doubt it. Where would he play? Can't see him doing the Amphitheatre and can't see him playing the Harley stage or anyother stage there. He wasnt very happy with the crowd at Riverside Theatre so no way would he be happy with all the drunk idiots at Summerfest. I'm sure he would rather just add a second Chicago show instead.

    Summerfest is not the place for a show like Ed's solo deal. I'm sayin' no chance in hell this would happen.

    Would love to have Ed here in Milwaukee, but I doubt it would happen at the ampitheatre and definitely not on any of the other stages(which are free with admission). If at all, more likely to happen at the Riverside or Pabst Theater. The a-holes at the Riverside show ruined it for the rest of us this time around.
