I really hope PJ20 IS at Alpine Valley

I don't want to be somewhere where there are 100k people. Why in the world would any one want to be somewhere with that many people? There are 2 days supposedly, not everyone will be there all day everyday. Not every Pearl Jam fan will be there. Will be more then enough tix for everyone.

Excellent venue to see a show, my favorite personally. Sound is as good as any I have heard.

In the middle of nowhere kind of. That's a good thing. Less traffic, population, much more private. Tail gating there is a ton of fun!

There is not a place on this earth where they could go and no one will complain.

The band likes playing there. Shouldn't their opinion matter?

Oh and its close to home for me!

    Put it in Anywhereville USA and I'm going! People seem to forget that PJ really owes us nothing - we purchase a ticket, and they owe us a show, period. We order something from Goods, they owe us that product, period.

    If it's too expensive to travel to the show, I get that. I can appreciate this is gonna cost some coin for a lot of people, but I for one will make it a priority to attend, because I really thought when the whole Ticketmaster war was being waged that I would never see PJ live. This is a celebration, and be it at Alpine Valley or anywhere else between Cali and Maine, I'm there.

    Oh yeah, bringing two next-generation fans with me who weren't even born when PJ's first 5 albums were released. They wouldn't miss this event for the world!
