    I am by no means a poster expert/cricket, but I think, as some of the other forum posters pointed out, it's a very telling poster. Ed's all alone on this tour, just him an his guitar.

    I don't think the poster is empty at all, and if it were a closer up shot of the guy in the boat, it would lose all meaning.

    But, like someone else said, who cares about the poster?? I can't believe people are talking about that more than the fucking DVD of ED SOLO!!! COME ON PEOPLE! ED SOLO DVD!!!

    I haven't seen or heard any mention of anyone spotting cameras at any of the Ed shows, and I didn't see anything at the brisbane show I was at. But I guess that doesn't mean that they weren't there.

    I didn't see any in Newcastle....but I was pretty pissed by that stage....and didn't take much notice at all.
    It's clear that your seats to date have been too good. There was definitely a camera at the back of Newcastle (I know because it was pretty much right behind me! :()

    one at the back is a little different then the footage from the official video for You're True. there was nothing like that at all. that was multi-cam, with cameras/cameramen up front and on stage.

    i don't think any of this Ed solo dvd will be from Australia. especially if it's gonna be released in may. i have a feeling the poster/cover art will be minus the bridge in the background and it will just be Eddie and the guitar floating on a ocean, with the same "eddie Vedder" font at the top.

    That I don't like. The poster was released & sold for an Ed Australian show. An Australian date of his performance is written on the bottom of that poster. If this is the cover for the new ED DVD that will be video footage from his past USA tour & not footage from his Australian tour, that they will take out the bridge from this photo and cut/change things around, I'm not so happy with that. :|

    I believe Eddie only recorded the soundchecks... how in the world they're going to cut all the request and the screaming is beyond me, they should make a DVD just with Eddie's responses and jokes, THAT would be cool :D

    i dont know much about the mixing of audio and such but...if they do record the shows and there are seperate mics for the audience....isnt it possible to edit just that and cut out the one off screams and yells by people or just lower the volume of the audience during certain parts?

    This my worry for the dvd, if you crowds at his Oz gigs are just screaming between songs. Hopefully the clever people will edit this from the dvd :)
