Are you kidding me? that is hands down the most psychotic version of save you ever. extended solos with eds voice going completely apeshit.

actually, that was for music inspired from the Farenheit movie / soundtrack, and of course the ever so successful Vote For Change Tour.

I doubt they'll do Letterman this time around, but I'll kick myself if they do and I'm not there.

I've already made plans to go to the Mets/Mariners game that Monday evening.

Hell yes. Although, we can always postpone the game if you have time to make a different one.

They should play on the Letterman Marquee. I saw Phish and it was the craziest thing, just dancing in the middle of broadway.

    musical broadway

    And then everyone can come!!!

There's no point to doing this unless they are promoting something. They never have and never will. Maybe if Dave requests them to play, but theire's no way the band is going to try to book it.

It's been two whole years since the Ten Club gig at the Ed Sullivan Theatre, as well.

    Damn!

    i remember this!

    crazy!

but even more highly unlikely i'd guess-

theyd have to get permits and police, & theyd have to close down broadway and 57th street, and the other main arteries.

    chaos !

  • If they don't end up playing Letterman, maybe we'll get a little Ed cameo like the one get did back in 92 or 93. Or whenever that was.

Damn would that be awesome if they did! This really has me tempted to check out Letterman on the Monday before the MSG shows now. I've always liked Dave and it would be fun to see the show live regardless.

1996. It was the day before the Grammy Awards and Ed's infamous speech.
