PJ Festival

i have not been on this site in a while. i recently read sonewhere the festival will likely take place over labor day. is this correct? also, do we have an idea as to where it will be (other than the middle of the country).

    All you hear is based on rumours...Nothing is official yet...hold your horses..we can only wait :?

    Here's what we know so far:

    1) They'll be playing at the Riverwalk Amphitheater in Montgomery, Alabama, since they haven't played the South in so long.
    2) The festival is now split in two weekends (Labor day and the following weekend) due to some people having conflicts with weddings, etc.
    3) Michelob will be making a special 20th anniversary beer.
    4) DMB AND Jimmy Buffett will also be playing.
    5) The 5 songs stateoflove79 wants played will be played.
    6) Soundgarden will be there and Temple of the Dog will be playing a full set.
    7) Dave A. and Jack will play on songs from the respective albums they were a part of.
    8) The band will take requests that people yell out from the audience.

    I think that's everything so far, but I may have missed some.

    Yeah, llamas are way cooler than mules. No bumpy ride here, Boom will make it as smooth as possible. (He'll even carry your beer if you treat him really well)
