free bootleg with membership?

How do I use the promocode to get my free bootleg? can i order anyone? do i just click one and proceed to checkout then put in my code or will it charge my credit card if I hit buy?

    When you check out you will see a box to put the code in. The Bootlegs look to be from 2008 US tour.
