Sorry if this has been posted before, but I couldn't find it through searching the forums.

Does anyone know the ACTUAL lyrics for I Got Id?? It seems every site has a different version and the lyrics aren't posted on this site (as far as I can tell).

It's one of my favorite songs and it's killing me that I can't find the lyrics. Thanks!

    Are you sure your lyrics are correct? Where have you found them?

    Yea, I thought the lyrics were "I walked the line" as well. And is it "Picture a coffin in the middle of the sea" or "Picture an empty cup in the middle of the sea"?

    I've heard people argue both sides too, I don't know which one is correct. I do know it gives me goosebumps even just to read it.
