    change the state of the "third world countries", i would want to exterminate poverty and have it that every person in the world recieves the same rights, is treated the same, has enough food to eat, has a home, has access to medicines and treatments, no more wars...so much more...if only

    :think: Hmmm, I don't know. I don't have children. However, my sister-in-law was completely open with telling her kids about her past, which was pretty wild, and it now seems to have come back to bite her in the ass as the kids have reached their teen years.

    What do you think? Do you have a secret you think you shouldn't tell your children?

    I probably won't admit to having taken anything illegal. I don't want to give him the green light to go ahead and do it. I think that whatever boundary you set for a kid they will go a bit further, so if I say 'I did such and such', he might think ok and do something a little bit further. I'll probably admit stuff when he's out of his teenage years and settled down - 30ish??

    I found condoms in my 14 year olds bedroom (I was changing his sheets for him, not snooping), should I be concerned??
