Ranch and Roll potholders

So, I must begin this with my wife was the one that wanted these. Not my call. So, I order these for her. Here is the website: http://www.ranch-n-roll.com/hotpad/index.html. I received the first potholder. First of all, the description says this: "From an A-list group of musicians, artists and photographers, Ranch-n-Roll brings you a limited edition series of collectible original art prints on fabric, framed and ready-to-hang as 7x7 inch potholders!"
I received my first one. Not framed, and it would go with the artwork on the fridge that my Kindergartener has been doing at school. Somebody wrote something in permanent marker about food for the homeless or something. We were thinking at least they would be framed and we could hang them on the wall in our kitchen for something different. Also, no clue who the artist is, so when we finally get the Eddie one, unless he drew a wave or something, we won't know it.
So, if you were on the fence on this one, and did not bite the bullet, wise choice. I emailed them to see what their response is to the unframed potholder I received.

I must say, when I read the announcement, I thought it sounded like a horrible idea and a waste of money. I had never heard of any of the "artists" except Ed and Exene Cervenka (if I remember, wasn't she one of them?)

Well it's your fault for not knowing that stitching around a potholder is a "frame."
Stick around in the club until the Ed holder comes out. Then get the refund. Tell them you'll send the rest back for a refund of those ones.
