    I revisited some of the poetry I wrote 5-6 years ago that was inspired by Jacob Lawrence paintings. I included them in my coffee blog http://coffeecupcrossroads.tumblr.com/ for yesterday's coffee adventure. It's amazing i spent the time to draft and edit those poems. I hope to get back into it soon . . .

    I'm having a meeting on thursday about changing my course at Uni. Nothing major it's still a business course but it gets me where I want to be sooner and away from the silly little children whom I study with now (probably to only be replaced with other silly little children :D )

    My friend who I met in Seattle 12 years ago, and who moved here a couple years ago, is moving to NC as she was just offered a job. I'm very happy for her, but . . . I'm a little sad that I won't see her as much. We met for coffee at most 1 time/month, but it was very grounding to speak with her. :(
