Ten Club email replies?

Has anyone gotten a reply from the 10 Club this week? I wrote them an email on Saturday I believe, and again yesterday, and have not heard anything back. Just wondered, thanks.
words seem so out of place.

    And I've never NOT gotten one.

    I always wonder what people who don't get responses actually say in their messages.

    My last email to them was about 5 days ago. Got a response within a few hours. Not necessarily the answer I wanted to hear...but a quick, courteous response none the less.

    I have always gotten a reply. I've only emailed twice, but both were quick responses. It may have to do with the timing and volume. :)

    Yeah, I know, but it is sort of regarding that little thing...

    I have never not gotten a reply either, that is why I am slightly perplexed.

    Its not really an issue that anyone on here could help with, and in fact I do not even need help with it, I would just like a reply. It has to do with some 10 club tickets, and the fact that I cannot use them. I just emailed them to let them know and asked them to do whatever they wanted with them, but to please try and make sure someone could sit in the seats.

    I understand they might be upset because of the rules of ticket buying, but I did not ask for a refund or an exchange, I just informed them about the issue. And trust me, their anger or annoyance cannot match the fact that on Thursday I will be a wreck knowing that I have two seats to a pearl jam show, and I am not there. I just wouldnt mind an email acknowledging they got mine, even if all it says is "ok".

    I sent the same kind of letter regarding the last Hawaii show. They responded and were very kind. i am sure a response is coming your way shortly....

    Well, I appreciate the offer, but basically it just came down to plans falling through and a shitty economy and high gas prices to follow. I live in Ohio, but I was actually in Tampa at the time I bought the tickets, and am still looking into moving there, but at the time I had something lined up where I was going to be living about an hour south of Tampa for the month of June. Unfortunately, after looking like a sure thing when I bought the tickets, the person decided (my girlfriends grandfather, by the way) that he didn't want us to use his unoccupied residence, and that was that. I checked flights a few times over the past few months, but when it came down to it, throwing away $144 on two tickets, was gonna be a whole lot easier on the wallets, than the probably $1000 or so it would have taken to fly/drive, find a hotel, eat, etc. So, it happens... I mean, I don't really mind losing the money, I just love seeing my band play, and I know some people who haven't seen the band play in a few years won't feel sorry for me, and they shouldn't, but this looks like it will be the first year since 2002 that I do not see at least one Pearl Jam show.

    I have always gotten a reply when I send an e-mail. They are probably busy randomly selecting rows 1, 2, 9 and 10.

    You could try sending a fax with your e-mail address on it.

    I've always gotten prompt responses from 10c. Once, I even had a question & I called them on the weekend & they emailed me the answer by Tues. the thing is, I didn't leave my email addy in the message that I left....only my name & phone #. This means that they actually took the time to look me up to find my email address! I was very impressed with that customer service! 10c rules!!

    I bet they are very busy getting ready w merch, tix organized & such for the upcoming tour!
    I wish I were the verb "to trust" and never let you down
