    do they usually use live nation? I've never seen them do it before, or atleast i didnt know about it.

    Live Nation and ticketmaster are basicly one and the same. Live Nation controls Alpine Valley Amphitheater.

    Wow, I don't envy those of you who will have to travel if this happens over labor day. I-43 will be packed with people headed north for one last weekend getaway along with concert goers.

    If you can fly into Milwaukee, I'd highly recommend it. Such an easy drive to alpine from Mitchell and heading south will be way less congested on the roads.

    Gotta love living 10 minutes from this venue! It's been a long wait since the legendary '03 show and I'm extremely stoked. Hope everyone that has the means can make it!

    I-43 can't be any worse than I-75s in TN during spring break or I 90 during rush hour on a friday during construction season in chicago, or any number of places

    You'd be surprised. It's only two lanes until about 1/2 mile before the alpine exit.

    I’m there no matter what, but I wish they would avoid the holiday weekend. I’d rather use a day off work or 2 and save on travel costs. Not to mention my son plays Pop Warner football and I’m the head coach, their first game of the season is September 3rd.

    should be over $200 for a double (two beds) based on last year. rates not determined for a month or two however.
