Ten Club should really have learnt something from f'ck-up with the Ten - Super Deluxe box set charges. Everyone should know that there will be taxes and possibly custom fees when a person who live in a EU-country order something from the US (or any other non-EU country), but when we got all these courier handling charges that we had not signed for, that was just ridiculous. We bought the Ten box for a given price but we did NOT agree to pay for any DHL courier handling charges! If you pay for shipping then you should get it shipped home to you or if it's too big for the mailman to carry then he will leave a note that says "you have a large packet at the post office" or something like that.

I haven't read all the posts, yet but we need an answer from Santos or someone else from the Ten Club to these question:

1) will there be any additional courier handling charge?

2) Will the PEARL JAM 1993-1995: VS./VITALOGY COLLECTOR’S EDITION BOX SET be available in record stores in the US and Internationally? (If I remember correctly Ten Club stated that the Ten Box was exclusive to the Ten Club and that it was limited edition but it's still for sale all over the world).

Aw man the deluxe package looks amazing. How much do fellow Internationals reckon shipping to the UK will be?
Perhaps more importantly, can i justify incurring the wrath of my fiance if i spend some of the wedding fund on this?

Thanks for the answer dimitris! Know we know that European customers don't have to pay taxes and custom fees and so we only need an answer to these questions:

Will the courier (please don't use DHL this time) charge us with some courier fees that we haven't signed for (that happened with the Ten Box)?

Will the box be available in retail stores globally and in online stores and will those also give away the 6 bonus tracks?

That's the thing though, it says 'IN cart' when I go to buy it, then when I go to View my cart in goods, it's not there??? Wierd. But thanks.

i dont think 10c knows the way sony international will ship them...

They might know. At least they knew last time but I don't believe there will be any courier charge this time. Maybe someone need to send a mail to sonyinternational and ask? I have to go to sleep now...

Now, that's weird. If I clicked on the cart Icon, it was there. :? Can you just try and check out ? I believe for international orders we're being redirected, so you don't want to check you 'usual' cart in the 'usual' goods section though. Just the cart icon next to the check out icon on top of the page you've been directed to from the link you used, if that makes sense.

I hate the fact that I just dropped $167.50 on a pile of music that for the most part I already have, but hey...you don't get the opportunity to put the world's greatest band's kids through college every day. BRING ON THE FESTIVAL!!!!!

I was just thinking that it was awesome value. I recall ten costing me about $400 aussie dollars which was huge. So this is $169AUD I'm thinking 'awesome' add to cart, then shipping gets added. It is like $75...

Also, why would it be 169$ when our dollar was just above the U.s dollar yesterday. I am not a finance person, so if anything shouldn't we be buying it for $150 AUD too?
