LOTL from UNIVERSAL?

Has anyone received their International order for the deluxe LOTl from Universal?

Its really starting to piss me off how long postage is taking.
My mother sent me a package of a sweatshirt and book from Ireland to New Zealand. She sent it last wednesday and it arrived today. I got an email to say Deluxe LOTL was posted on Jan 11th.....still no sign of it??

    Just sent email saying that if it doesn't come this week I will order elesewhere and return it when it finally arrives. It's getting personal now. F ck them..I'll save $40 and buy elsewhere. Ridiculous that all of us in this boat are paying MORE money to WAIT longer.

    yeah I hear both of you!!! Theres 3 of them in my local record store for $20 less than what I paid for through Universal. Just getting silly now. I sent them an email and I got pretty much a standard reply..."can take up to 21 business days"....this will most certainly be the first and last universal direct purchase I make.....

    I did here in Canada on Jan 19th via Express shipping. Got my shipping confirmation on Jan 11th. It looks like, well after reading all the posts here & abroad, that orders made via Standard shipping were ship by Theodore Tugboat.

    Order from www.soundstagedirect.com. I ordered this item from them this morning and it has already shipped. It is about $25 cheaper as well.
