I'm a huge Howard fan and I love it when the play PJ..
I remember when Kane and Cabbie interviewed PJ on KROC, Howard was so jealous, he called Gavin McLeod (Love Boat Captain) and asked him all the question K&C ask PJ..He was such a good sport and it was a riot..
if anyone can find the link(if there is one)from cane and cabbies show or howards show that day[/i]
I have that show...I can isolate that part & put up a link if later today
That would be cool to see again...I remember watching a lil bit of that on tv when stern was pissed when pj were on cane and cabbies show.....e! entertainment used to show the stern show on like midnight every night back in the day
Finally, a topic I can weigh in on. Believe me, as someone who's listened EVERYDAY for 25 years, Howard could care less about PJ (see Bowie, Cream, Mountain). As someone who is super concious about any PJ song being played anywhere (like a nutjob) he touches on it but has NO interest. More interesting would be if any of the boys listen to Howard and are fans..."A bababoey to y'all..I see OJ and he be lookin mighty tenses"

Agree 100%, Whereas he has not had any real negative things to say about the music, he really doesn't seem to care (aside from mentioning that he liked Glorified G). He had the opportunity to interview a couple of the guys years ago but declined because Ed was not one of them.

Yeah, that's Teddy. I think last year, they played the same song each week during the closing of the Wrap-Up Show. Thursday was "Pearl Jam Day."
Also, on Thursdays, listen to the promos during the commercials for Friday morning's Jay Thomas show.
