I ordered from Universal as well, but have not received a shipping email, nor is the purchase listed in my account history. I paid via paypal, in full, back on Nov. 5th.

I've sent emails to Universal support but have not heard back anything. Anybody having a similar issue, or ideas for resolution?

I've sent 2 queries to them and heard nothing back. There's a number on the bottom of the site if that helps.

I'm in the US, so I'm trying to avoid a costly phone call if at all possible. Have you tried calling them, and was that helpful? If so, I'll go that route. Thanks

I've tried to call the number from the US but I'm clearly not dialing correctly. I'm entering the numbers on the website. Is there a country code I need to dial first? Can someone please help me?

Full payment was taken via Paypal back on Nov 5th, well past the 45 days to contest a payment. I'm not getting any replies via email. This is quite frustrating.

    I think it's 011 + 44 then 0845 070 2036

I didn't check the website specifically, but usually you'd dial +44 for the UK. You probably also need to remove the 0 (if any) from the number on the site.

I just checked the site to be sure. The number they have is 0845 070 2036. 0845 is some kind of special number (like toll free or something), I'm not sure if you can call it from outside the UK. Maybe someone from the UK can answer that. Otherwise, look for an international contact number. I guess you could try +44845... but don't know if that would work. Also, maybe you don't dial the +44 where you are, could be 0044 or something similar.

demetrios is onto it. OK, so it's 011 before the 44 but then you'd usually remove the leading 0. So, 011 44 845 070 2036, just not sure if that will work. In NZ we have 0800 (toll free)numbers but pretty sure you can't call them by calling 011 64 800 xxx xxx. That's why companies will usually have an international contact nmber too (i.e. +64 9 xxx xxxx for a call to Auckland).

I don't see what the point of having the LP's with DL and the cd's. Is that all this special box set offers? I plan on buying the Lp when it comes out.

I wonder if maverick tried it out & worked. Not sure why though they wouldn't reply back to his email if it's been day's ago.
  • What was the 10 Club's reason for not securing some of these box sets for US members? Seems like a big hassle for some of you guys stateside.
