  We refinanced a couple of years ago, I think we've got 25 years to go. Which means Mr. Unlost will have to work until he's 82. He'll be one slow firefighter by then.

  Me: "Okay, do you want to have lunch first?"
  
  Mr. Unlost: "I just had a sandwich."
  
  Me: "You did?"
  
  Mr. Unlost: "I just made it on the table right in front of you."
  
  Me: "You did?"
  
  Mr. Unlost: "I said to you, 'I'm making a sandwich, you want one?' You didn't answer, you were in a frigging Pearl Jam trance." Laughs.
